Hi, I’m Cass — the baker and designer behind Cookies by Cass.

What started as a creative outlet quickly became a way for me to help people celebrate the moments that matter most. I’ve always believed the smallest details often make the biggest impact, and that belief lives in every cookie I create.

After years working as a buyer at Belk, I thought becoming a teacher would give me more time to focus on cookies (spoiler: it didn’t). But what it did give me was perspective, patience, and even more appreciation for the little moments worth celebrating. Cookies by Cass started as a side hustle, baking for friends, family, and small events, and has since grown into my full-time dream. Today, I’m so grateful to spend my days designing and handcrafting cookies for celebrations big and small.

My style is refined but joyful — bold color, classic composition, and clean, intentional design. Each set is sketched, baked from scratch, and decorated by hand in small batches, ensuring it feels cohesive, elevated, and uniquely yours.

I love working closely with clients to bring a vision to life — whether it’s an intimate baby shower, a wedding weekend, or a branded corporate event. My goal is simple: to create cookies that feel thoughtful, personal, and beautifully finished.
